How to install WordPress using Softaculous automatic installers 

The Softaculous automatic script installers are also better known as “one-click installers,” It’s a matter of a few mouse clicks to install any script or web software.

We will install WordPress, the famous Softaculous Automatic Script Installer, a bliss most web hosting provider.

Yes, of course, Softaculous is the most popular automatic script installed is – you guessed it – yes, you are right, it is the most famous CMS WORDPRESS.

So let’s learn about how to install WordPress using Softaculous.

Login to your cPanel

Go to your cPanel, login page and enter the login credential details.

Now search for Softaculous Apps Installer ( Softaculous icon) in the control panel, as shown in the below screenshot.

Click on the Softaculous icon, which will take you to the Softaculous Panel.

Select WordPress

You can select WordPress from two sides. One from the left sidebar and another one is the front screen.

WordPress comes under the blog menu in the left sidebar, and in another one, you can see the WordPress logo on the front screen.

You can install WordPress on them.

Install WordPress

This will take you to, WordPress Page, in the Softaculous Panel; click the install button here, which will display the installation form.

Fill in the installation WordPress form

Click on the install button on the WordPress page, you will get and need to fill in all the details mentioned in the form.

You can leave the details or also change the details and fill the form. You can proceed with the installation with default fields.

Choose Domain Name or Installation URL: You need to choose the domain name to install WordPress.

If you have many domain names in one web hosting cPanel, make sure you select the main domain to install WordPress.

Admin Username: You need to fill in the username; you choose the username as per your choice for the WordPress admin account.

Admin Password: Choose the password; I suggest you use a password generator or make it a strong password for the WordPress admin account.

Admin Email: Choose the primary email; where do you want to get all the details used for the WordPress admin account.

Select Language: Select the WordPress language in which you want preferred to install WordPress.

After filling all the details in the WordPress page form, click on the Install button to start the WordPress installation process.

It takes 4-5 minutes to complete, then let Softaculous handle the WordPress installation process for you.

WordPress Installation Completed

You’ll see the success message after the WordPress installation is completed, as shown in the screenshot below.
